Product Features
A versatile coating device capable of high-speed full or partial water-based/oil-based coating, using rubber or polymer sheets for partial or full surface coating, ensuring precise and uniform localized coating without oil accumulation. Suitable for partial or full coating of text, images on printed products such as books, magazines, advertisements, packaging boxes, plastic sheets, and high-end packaging products; enhancing quality and aesthetics.
The entire machine is equipped with safety protections, a touch screen for operation, ensuring worker safety and smooth machine operation. The high-speed UV coating machine uses a patented bottom paper feeding design, ensuring a speed of up to 10,000 sheets/hour.
Paper Feeding Section:

- Uses a high-speed paper feeding system.
- Centralized adjustment, easy to align the feeding section and paper. The gripper and edge guide use a mechanical and sensor-based paper deviation control system, ensuring precise paper positioning, allowing adjustments even during normal operation, convenient for localized color positioning.
- When paper is misaligned, the system automatically activates the pneumatic paper pressing system and stops feeding, protecting printed products and reducing defect rates.
Standby Paper Stacking Equipment:

Double Sheet and Misalignment Sensor at Feeding Table:

- When the system detects misaligned or double sheets, it automatically activates the pneumatic pressing system and stops feeding, displaying an error message. This protects the printing plate and reduces defect rates, ensuring safe and stable production.
Main UV Coating Section:

- The paper gripper and feeding system. The press roll and plate roll are controlled by pneumatic pressure. Can automatically apply and release pressure, the UV coating head is positioned before the roll, with a wide plate mounting space, convenient for plate installation and removal. The UV coating supply system uses a reverse rotating roll for more even coating.
- The UV coating tank features a central heating system with automatic temperature control, ensuring uniform coating under any weather or temperature conditions. The coating head consists of 03 rotating rolls for even coating, stable feeding, and controllable application.
- Equipped with a closed-chamber ceramic anilox roll coating system, ensuring even coating without oil accumulation or splashing, whether using oil-based or water-based coatings. The ceramic anilox roll is independently driven to prevent drying when using water-based coatings.
Closed-Chamber Doctor Blade System:
