2. Job Description

• Record daily economic transactions: revenue, expenses, imports, exports, banking, sales, and imports
• Conduct inventory, cash, and bank reconciliations at the end of the month
• Receive, verify, and approve expenses from various departments
• Report on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and weekly cash flow
• Reconcile debts with related parties
• Report on inventory, debts, and monthly expenses
• Prepare tax reports for months, quarters, and years
• Update tax policies, circulars, and decrees promptly
• Handle banking transactions: withdrawals, deposits, loans, payment orders, etc.
• Quote production orders and monitor delivery progress
• Handle insurance-related tasks: employee additions, reductions, maternity, and sick leave
• Perform other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors
• Accounting software: MISA

3. Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, with experience in tax finalization being an advantage
• Graduated from universities or colleges with a major in Accounting
