Introduction to Rigid Box Making Machine

• • The HM-ZD6418G rigid box making machine is the most advanced model from our company. It is suitable for mass production and can handle a variety of rigid boxes such as shoe boxes, phone boxes, jewelry boxes, wine boxes, and beveled boxes.
  • The maximum box height is 130mm, with a gluing depth of up to 100mm.
  • The machine uses a Yaskawa robotic arm with a sensor-based monitoring system, a pneumatic control system, automatic cardboard and cold carton feeding, four-corner wrapping, glue spraying, box pressing, box wrapping, edge folding, and box shaping.
  • The feeding head, glue sprayer, and conveyor are servo-controlled with a stepless gearbox, offering advantages such as high precision, easy adjustment, and time-saving. The positioning system uses a camera and Yamaha robotic arm for paper alignment, achieving positioning accuracy of up to ±0.05mm. The box forming unit uses an electronic cam with a servo motor, ensuring stable and smooth operation.
