Introduction to the Equipment
The ZD-F450Q automatic roll-type bag-making machine with handle attachment is an automatic roll-type bag-making machine with handle attachment. The handle attachment machine will attach the bag handles and straps to form the bag handles. Through the transmission system, the bag handles are transferred to the handle attachment unit, where they are positioned and cut on pre-printed roll paper. The machine then proceeds to edge glue the bag, automatically attach the handles, and the main machine will perform edge sealing, tube insertion, bag cutting, creasing, bottom gluing, bottom shaping, and finally transfer the bags to the finished product collection area, completing the entire bag-making process. The entire process is fully automated, maximizing labor cost savings.

Main Configuration and Functions
Input and Drive System:
The roll paper input system features automatic lifting and lowering, making it convenient to change rolls during production. A single operator can easily complete the task using control buttons.

Automatic Control System and Main Electrical Components:
The automated control system primarily controls and manages the operation of the main mechanical components. The operation is performed via a touchscreen interface, making it highly convenient to adjust and set different specifications and functions. This system offers significant advantages such as ease of operation and high precision.
The system uses servo motors & controllers, high-resolution touchscreens, drive units, PNP input/output modules, and Mitsubishi-Japan brand power and feedback cables.
The system is equipped with Sick-Germany sensors.
Auxiliary Equipment:
Automatic error detection function: During normal operation, if an error occurs, the machine will automatically stop to prevent unnecessary damage. This feature is integrated with the Mitsubishi automatic control system and Sick-Germany sensors.
Automatic oil pump system: This system automatically supplies oil during operation, ensuring all gears are lubricated, which helps maintain optimal machine performance during prolonged operation.
