The JH-850PC duplex box gluing machine is a fully automatic industrial folding and gluing machine. It is designed to meet continuous production while ensuring stability. The Jinghong JH-850PC can glue duplex paper boxes, thin corrugated cardboard boxes, single-side glued boxes, double-side glued boxes, and hook-bottom boxes.

• Finished product pressing table with adjustable pressure and scratch-resistant conveyor belts.
• Output section uses thick conveyor belts with a vibrating motor.

Machine Configuration

Paper Feeding Unit

• The JH duplex box gluing machine uses an independent feeding system synchronized with the main machine.
• • The feeding unit is equipped with an independent motor control system, synchronized with the main machine.
  • Includes 07 thick conveyor belts (2 with holes & 5 without holes); 04 adjustable 10mm metal support bars for product width adjustment.
  • Drive rollers for paper output, with side stoppers adjustable based on product size.
  • Equipped with 03 paper output blades, adjustable according to product length.
  • Vibrating motor ensures accurate and automatic paper feeding.
  • Input stack height: 400mm, equipped with dust-removing brushes for stable and smooth paper feeding.
  • Operators can start the feeding process from any operating position.

Paper Straightening Unit:

• • After leaving the feeding unit, the paper moves to the straightening unit, where guide bars ensure accurate paper alignment.
  • Adjustable pressure for different paper thicknesses.

Edge Grinding Unit (Option 1):

• • Grinds the paper surface for better glue adhesion, especially for products with thick UV coating or lamination.
  • Standard equipment includes 01 edge grinding unit on the operating side.

Plasma Surface Treatment Device CSM-Yaotian (Japanese parts assembled in China) (Option 2):

Pre-Folding Unit:

• • Special design to fold the first line at 180° and the third line at 165°, creating creases for easier box opening.

Hook-Bottom Box Folding and Gluing Unit:

• • Equipped with a flexible hook-bottom gluing mechanism, quick and simple operation.
  • Modular design with special features, adjustable for product size without tightening conveyor belts.
  • Equipped with large-capacity glue tanks on both sides, adjustable glue volume, stable, and easy to maintain; glue roller width: 4mm, customizable; made of durable stainless steel.
  • Hook-bottom unit consists of 4 components.
  • Bottom conveyor belt: 30mm, top conveyor belt: 20mm, adjustable cam for different paper thicknesses.

Cold Glue Sprayer with 04 Nozzles CSM-Yaotian (German technology assembled in China) (Option 3):

• • Electronic glue sprayer: 4 ports with 4 cold glue nozzles.
  • Uses cold glue with viscosity less than 1500cps.
  • Allowed speed: 10-250m/min (depending on product conditions).
  • Equipped with an independent encoder.
  • Glue spraying accuracy: ±1mm
  • Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
  • Can store parameters for 50 different products.
  • Nozzle lifespan: 200,000,000-500,000,000 cycles.
  • Medium-pressure glue pump (with filter).

Main Box Folding Unit:

• • Second fold: 180°; fourth fold: 180°.
  • Special folding unit design, independently adjustable left-right conveyor speeds for precise paper alignment.
  • Equipped with 02 stainless steel glue tanks (3L capacity) on both sides. Includes 02 stainless steel discs (3mm or 5mm or as per customer requirements).
  • Glue tank drive synchronized with the main machine using belts.
  • Equipped with guide and folding bars, allowing operators to choose suitable bars for different products.

Finished Product Stacking Unit:

• • Uses counting sensors.
  • Equipped with paper jam sensors.
  • Simple adjustment of conveyor belt tension.
  • Equipped with a product counting separator.
  • Equipped with anti-tangling sensors for product output before entering the pressing and collection module.

Pressing and Collection Conveyor:

• • Two-sided pressing conveyor for stacking, adjustable height for different products, improving efficiency.
  • Scratch-resistant pressing conveyor with additional support for low areas during stacking.
  • Equipped with 02 soft belts for pressing glue lines, ensuring stronger adhesion.
