Paper Feeding Unit
The paper feeding unit of the TC-1050H flat film laminating machine uses an intermittent conveyor system with an independent servo control system, allowing for adjustable paper feeding intervals based on paper size. The suction belt lifts the paper from the bottom, eliminating the traditional clutch control method. This enables continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine.
Glue Application Unit
- The Zhengmao machine uses a high-hardness single steel roller.
- Quick glue volume adjustment (customers can use soft mold glue plates).
- Adjustments for left-right and front-back alignment can be made without stopping the machine.
- The fan system is equipped with automatic pressure release, preventing glue from being applied to the conveyor when no paper is present.
- The glue tank can be pulled out for cleaning and maintenance.
