Paper Roll Input Section

Automatic Tension Control

The CHM-1400 paper unwinding machine uses a multi-point tension control system. When the ultrasonic sensor detects the paper, it automatically sends feedback to the PLC, which then adjusts the brake load via proportional valves to increase or decrease tension, achieving automatic paper tension control, which can be fine-tuned on the touch screen.

Paper Splitting and Edge Trimming System

• Vertical cutting blade controlled by pneumatic cylinders, allowing free position adjustment for easy operation.
• Upper blade: Adjustable up and down, with pneumatic cutting position control.
• Lower blade: Fixed position, manually adjustable cutting position.
• Standard machine operation: Splits paper into 2 sheets, minimum size W450xL500mm per sheet.
• Equipped with edge trimming blades, minimum edge width 3mm, maximum 10mm (typically 5mm).

Paper Cutting Section

The cutting section of the CHM-1400 Automatic Paper Unwinding Machine is equipped with 01 rotating upper blade and 01 fixed lower blade.

• The upper blade is designed using UK technology, significantly reducing load and noise during cutting, extending blade life. The blade body is made of high-grade steel, finely machined and dynamically balanced after welding, reducing vibration and noise during high-speed operation.
• The lower blade is fixed, with a precision-machined CNC base for stability.
• The main drive roller features a ribbed design and pneumatic paper clamping.
• Safety cover automatically stops the machine when opened, ensuring safe operation.

Paper Output Conveyor

The CHM-1400 paper output conveyor is divided into multiple sections with varying speeds to ensure efficient sheet separation and stacking.

• Section 1: High speed for quick sheet separation after cutting.
• Section 2: Slow speed, independently or continuously controlled, for overlapping sheet stacking.

This section can adjust the pressure roller to accommodate different paper sizes, ensuring sheets are aligned and enhancing stacking stability. It is also equipped with a reject system for defective sheets.

Counting and Marking Sheet Insertion

The CHM-1400 can count sheets and insert marking sheets with high accuracy.
