Equipment Introduction

The ZD-F450S square bottom bag making machine with handle hole punching is used to produce environmentally friendly paper bags, food bags, and shopping bags. The machine uses original roll paper or pre-printed roll paper, and after a single run, it produces finished bags. The process includes edge gluing, folding to form the tube, cutting the tube, shaping the bottom, and completing the bag-making operation to produce the final product.
The machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi servo control system from Japan, ensuring stable and fast operation while minimizing the time required for bag size adjustment. The production process and final product collection are highly accurate, stable, easy to maintain, and efficient, making it an ideal choice for large printing and bag processing factories.

Main Configuration and Functions

Input and Drive System:

The roll paper is fixed on the air expansion shaft and then fed to the hydraulic lifting support system. The paper placement unit is equipped with a warning bell for paper depletion and an automatic paper alignment function; it also has a tension balancing function during paper feeding. Typically, changing the paper roll only requires a simple button press to complete the task effortlessly.

Edge Gluing Unit:

The paper is fed to this unit for edge gluing (water-based glue).

Bag Forming and Hole Punching Unit:

After edge gluing, the tube is formed, and based on the settings, it is cut into individual bags, then transferred to the bottom opening unit, where the bottom is glued, folded, and shaped into a square bottom. The bags are then transferred to the finished product collection unit.

Finished Bag Collection Unit:

After the bag folding and gluing process, the bags are pressed and transferred to the collection area. Customers can choose horizontal or vertical collection, and both types can be equipped with an automatic counting function based on customer requirements.
