Paper Feeding Unit

• Intermittent conveyor feeding method controlled by an independent servo system.
• The Zhengmao window pasting machine automatically adjusts the conveyor’s intermittent distance based on the paper length, eliminating the traditional clutch control method.
• Continuous paper feeding without stopping, the conveyor is equipped with gears and racks for quick adjustment of the conveyor’s left and right positions.

Gluing Section

• The TC-1050 window pasting machine uses high-hardness steel rollers to transfer glue, equipped with roller base supports for quick adjustment of glue thickness, and cuts suitable rubber rollers based on the actual product.
• The rubber roller is engraved with standard lines for easier and more precise mold installation.
• The glue tank of the Zhengmao machine can be pulled out for cleaning and maintenance.

Horizontal and Vertical Creasing and Corner Cutting Section

• Horizontal and vertical creasing functions allow the Zhengmao machine to adapt to a variety of products.
• The standard TC-1050 is equipped with 2 sets of corner cutting modules, including: 03 pieces of 6×25 corner cutting molds.

Film Pasting Section (Glass Film)

• The machine uses an independent servo control system, allowing customers to adjust the film length based on product size without stopping the machine.
• Equipped with corner cutting and automatic creasing functions.
• After positioning, the support arm pastes the film onto the paper box, and then the cross-cutting blade cuts the film.
• Film pasting accuracy up to ±0.5mm.
• The machine is equipped with a heating module, using two sets of cylinders for pressing, ensuring the film adheres more firmly to the product surface.

Paper Receiving Section

• Uses imported soft conveyor belts to solve product scratching issues, with fish-scale stacking for neat and aesthetic paper receiving.
